Returns – on orders generated via our website
If the products you receive fail to meet your expectations, you are welcome to return them in their original condition within 14 days from dispatch for an exchange or refund. Always email us before sending any returns. If you return items due to a defect or incomplete/incorrect delivery, we will pay for the cost of returning the goods and offer a full refund or exchange. If you return items for reasons other than defects/incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. Items must be returned with THE EDIT proof of purchase and a completed returns form. All returns must be in an unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging with original tags still attached.
Until you return the items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit back to us so please unsure they are adequately wrapped. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. All refunds will take the form of the original payment. We do not accept returns or exchange reduced or sale items.

In addition to your legal rights – on pre-loved, sale or reduced items we do not offer any return or refund. If you simply change your mind on any full price, regular stock item, we offer you an exchange or credit note within 14 days if returned unused, tags still attached, and with the original till receipt
